We built those Stans Alpha 340 wheels for a sub 60kg hill climber and the weight was correct. If I recall we used the MK 1 340 rim and Sapim Race on the rear drive side for strength but we've built alot of wheels since that pair. The rim is not great for strength but it fitted his requirements perfectly.
