  The suffolk and norfolk coasts are nice (if the weather behaves), plenty of small towns, pubs and eateries enroute, and many railway stations.

  The coloured bands on the end of the white part of the frame does that part have a name? I have seen this tape for sale somewhere, trying to find some, but don't know what it is called.

  Anyone know what and where I can get such tape/sticker from?

  I don't usually remove braze on's, but if you had to hacksaw and then file and sand. Don't use a grinder which I did once, the disc jumped and took a bite out of a nice frame.
