Thread updated! I do believe you're right @Skülly - bit of a mad bargain, that one.

    Hi there!

This is a partner sale to the frames in a thread over in complete frames and forks (https://www.lfgss.com/conversations/279439/). You can find a more complete story over on that thread, but I am essentially selling a large number of bike bits on behalf of a friends mother, whose husband - a very prolific cyclist - recently passed. Lets give all these bits a good home, shall we?

Also, ideally, I'd like to avoid posting. I'm bringing my van up to London (Wandsworth) in the new year, and am more than happy to deliver things to anywhere in London (within reason!), or feel free to come pick up!

    WHEELSETS

    1. 27" Wheelset.

Letour hubs on unknown rims. I'll throw in an extra tyre I found too. 120/95. £10

    2. 7 Speed Bullseye Hubs on Campagnolo Omega Rims

Pretty much mint. If you look very, very hard you can see some brake wear, but seriously negligible. Beautiful hubs too. 126/100. £85

    3. Campagnolo hubs on Mavic GP4 Tubular Rims

I don't know enough to identify the hubs, but this is a pretty high spec wheelset. No brake wear, screw on hub, 130/100. You can also have the tyres - a pair of vittoria CX, very little/no wear. £90

    4. Modern Shimano Wheelset prov sold to saxbys

    130/100. £30

    5. Campy on Mavic CXP front, Shimano Exage on 'Airline Veulta' Rear prov sold to walkmanman

Fairly worn but would make a bombproof commuter/tourer wheelset. 130/100. £20

    6. Maillard hubs on Clincher rim prov sold to walkmanman, 2nd to Sacredhart

130/100 (I think he re-spaced this). £5 or free with any other wheel/wheelset

    7. Airlite Anodised Blue Track hub on Fiamme Sprint Tub FRONT prov sold to saxbys, 2nd dibs MiG

Bit beyond my expertise, but weighs nothing. 100. £40

    8. Old British track hub on Fiamme Tub REAR

4 cross old rear racing wheel. Again, incredibly light. Hub has a grease port and one of those old pointy track sprockets. 110. £40

    9. Maillard 700 on Super Competition Champion Tub

Again, very nice wheel. 126. £10

    10. Racelite Hub on Fiamme Tub

Somehow missed this on the original listing! Lovely wheel, would make a lovely track front when cleaned up. 100. £20

NB : I haven't had time to check everything listed, but they've all been stored in a garage for a good few years. Knowing the man, they'll all be in good nick, but i make no promises! I'll list the rest of the stuff either in this thread if it clears up a bit, or in a seperate one. thanks!

    Hi there!

Just a bit of an intro to this sale. Unfortunately, a friend of mines father passed away recently, and left a plethora of bike frames and parts. I have agreed to sell them on behalf of his widow, who's main wish was that whoever got them, rode them! So to reflect this, I am putting everything I've got at cheap prices, so that people will hopefully get as much enjoyment out of them as he did.

Also, as he was unable to cycle these over the past couple of years, they've been kept in his garage/woodshop. I've given them a bit of a clean, but not too much I'm afraid. They're all solid but come with some chipped paint. If you want them for fancy use, probably give them a respray!

Finally, I don't live in London, but I am coming up in me van in around a week (to Wandsworth). During that time you can either come pick up the frame, or I can cycle/drive it over to you (within reason!). I'd rather not post.

Frame Number 1: Sonic TT ST 52 TT 53

Sonic TT frame in a dark metallic racing green (couldn't get the colour to properly come out, check out the album for more accurate photos). 753 tubing, light as anything, absoloutely lovely frame. Spacing is 100/130 £140

Frame Number 2: Graham Weigh Tourer/Runaround ST 50 TT 54

Touring frame but was used by him as a runaround for 10+ years. Solid as a rock, but still pretty light. Also blue and aquamarine! 531 with Zeus 2000 forks and a campag BB. 100/135 £70

Frame Number 3: Raleigh Dynatech Tourer ST 56 TT 55 Prov sold to b&d

Made out of bonded 2055 tubes at the Raleigh Special Products Division. Painted in a strange dark purple / white fade. Complete with BB, all fixing bolts and headset. 100/130. Don't think he rode this one much, £55

Frame Number 4: Duell Professional Road Racer ST 58 TT 56

OK, a bit rude, but this is one of mine. I bought it off the forum a couple of years ago and used it for work, so it's a bit more chipped. Columbus SLX, brilliantly whippy. PURPLE FADE which looks amazing in person. 100/126. As it's got a campagnolo threaded headset on it now, I'd quite like £160 for it now.

Check out http://imgur.com/a/7G4g2 for more photos of everything!

Thanks, and they'll be a far more extensive ad in components with all the wheelsets and things (~20 wheels!) tomorrow.
