    Hey lovely people,

I have my Surly Karate Monkey Frameset up for sale. This is an amazing steel frame that can be set up in numerous configurations, single speed, gears, tourer, mountain bike etc. It is suitable for both 29" and 27.5" wheels. Max clearance (29 x 2.4") or 27.5" wheels (27.5 x 3.0").

The frame dropouts can accommodate 12 x 142mm and 148mm rear hubs using a thru axle or 10x135mm hub using adapters surly sell. The front fork is for 110mm front hubs and again uses a thru axle. 30.9mm seat post, and stealth dropper post routing too, 44mm head tube so can accommodate traditional and tapered steerer tubes. Threaded 73mm bottom bracket.

I bought this Frameset brand new a couple of months ago, it is in almost perfect condition, with perhaps a few scuffs/chips in the paint but honestly like new. I am only selling it as I ride a lot of mountain bike trails with big gap jumps and this bike isn't quite suited for my riding Style!

2020 Surly Karate Monkey Frame and fork + Nuke Proof Headset £600.00
Collection from North London - Enfield EN2
+ I also have the wheel set spare which I can include in the sale for an additional £75
Great spoke tension, sealed bearings, run true and pretty much new! 27.5"
148mm x 12 SRAM MTH 746 Hub Laced to WTB STI25 rim (Tubeless ready, Shimano HG freehub body)
110mm x 15mm SRAM MTH 716 laced to WTB STI25 rim (Tubeless ready)

I will upload more pictures once I've stripped the bike down but this what the frame set currently looks like built!

    Cheers Ed

Hello Lovely people, I've recently upgraded some of the tools in my workshop and thus have no requirements to have two headset presses! I have a Cyclus Headsetpress suitable for 1 1/8 & 1.5 headset but it could also be used to fit BB30 bottom brackets etc.

If you genuinely will use it, It is my gift it to you!

Collection from North London - Enfield EN2

Hello lovely people I am selling my Custom Genesis Day-one, I built this bike up from the frame-set and equipped it with a great selection of parts. The bike is in fantastic condition and doesn't need anything doing to it. Both wheels spin true with good spoke tension, gears shift perfectly, the headset is silky smooth and the brakes are sharp and responsive. I have just cleaned and serviced it myself, I replaced the tyres and the chain but that was all that needed to be done. The frame has quite a few chips, scuffs and scratches in the paint (As pictured) as I used this bike to commute reguarly but there are no dents and honestly nothing that I would say particularly stands out. Components are all in fantastic condition and I would describe them as like new.

    Frameset - Genesis Day-One 52cm Reynolds 520 Steel
Rear Wheel - 135mm Shimano 11 SPD internal hub laced to 32H Pacenti CL25 rim using DT Swiss double butted spokes with 16T cog
Front Wheel - 100mm Sun Ringle front hub (Sealed Bearing) laced to 32H Pacenti CL25 rim using DT swiss double butted spokes + Pitlock Security Front skewer
    Tyres - Schwalbe Marathon Plus 700 x 32 + Continental Inner tubes
    Headset - Chris King
    Stem- Thomson 100mm +/- 10 degrees
    Handlebar - Truvativ Hussefelt
Shifter - Shimano Alfine 11 with Shimano gear cables
    Grips - ODI Ruffian
    Crankset - 170mm StrongLight with 48T chainring
    Bottom Bracket - Shimano UN55
    Pedals - Odyssey Twisted PC
Chain - KMC B1 single speed
Brakes - Shimano Deore M506 Disc brakes / Hope 160mm floating rotors
    Mudguards - SKS Bluemels Road
Seatpost - Cinelli / Hope collar
    Seat- Specialized Henge

I think I’ve included everything useful but If there is anything else you want to know just give me a shout! This is an awesome bike with great spec, Ideal for commuting but equally could be built into a single speed cycle-cross machine etc.

I want £450.00 and collection is from North London - Enfield.

    Thanks!
