Is the 5D MkII much better than the MkI? I'd like a full frame camera but don't really want to fork out a massive amount. I've looked at some shots taken on the MK1 and have been impressed but don't have any real world experience with either camera?
If you are travelling take a look at the Sony NEX-7. Really nice camera in a compact form. Also snap sort.com is a great site for comparing cameras in detail.

You can by using a "Bower adapter" - you will not be able to use auto focus though as these are all manual lens
I've been looking at buying the new Olympus recently. So the Bower adapter -right. Thanks I'll do some research. I'm not that up to date on the new digi SLR's and how the lenses work. I see they refer to a MFT adapter on the website. I'm also weighing up a Sony NEX mirror less. Thanks for the quick response.
