I´m basically looking for a road frameset that has clearances for wider tires, but not more than 700x32´s. Ideally I´m after a Surly Pacer in size 54cm, but will also consider other frames with similar qualities.
I live in Finland, so posting would be mandatory. Can also arrange courier service myself, if more convenient that way. Offers through PM.
