I am selling my friends road bike for him as he is out of the country. I am not really a road bike type so I am not sure what I should be asking.

It's an IE procedure. It's letting you know it's time to use a better browser.
Not my computer so I don't have that option.

I am selling this for my friend who is out of the country for a year. He spent a small fortune upgrading the bike. He took his saddle and pedals with him. I have put a tatty old saddle on and can throw in some stock pedals if needed.
