  few months ago i've made a converter but only work on 12 hpw shamal let me know if you still need this , and it doesnt ruin anything from your shamal and can be converted back to road .

  Hi, I have a couple of 12 HPW disposed from my old road bike.
  It was equipped with 8v Campagnolo Record Carbon.
  Now I'm intrested in converting these wheels to fixed single speed.
  Could you tell me more about the converter you made?
  The fact you dont ruin the wheel is a good point indeed.
  I have a lathe and can do some mechanical work if needed...
