Thanks, yup I know the simple solution is just to stick a freewheel on but I would like a SS dedicated cassette rear hub (not cassette with spacers etc), does anyone use one or know of any that are suitable?
The WI one would be ok as I know I at least want 16t but its like £70-80 and it would be much nicer to go for a new hub, then keep a set of fixie wheels and a set of SS.

Hi all,
Been lurking for a while and have just got my first fixie/ss, a Fuji feather. Really please with it, just riding fixie at the mo as have no freewheel. Plan to use the bike for my 17.5 mile each way commute eventually and want to change a few bits.
First thing is going to SS, I'm really interested in finding a SS freewheel cassette type hub, preferably something like 12t and SS only (no flip flop). Don't suppose anyone had any suggestions of what to look at? Can't find anything other than some BMX specific bits yet.
Also the other alternative is a white industries freewheel? But if I'm spending that much I'd rather build up a wheel set.
Thanks for any help!
