Previous owner of the frame jammed a seatpost that was too big in, had to warm the frame up to loosen it, which is why some of the paint has chipped. Can work something out (possibly a respray). Only aesthetic damage.

As title suggests. For my surly steamroller, have been running velocity chukker polo wheels (48h) but they are knackered.
Don't care about weight/branding/looks, just as long as they are strong and can fit wide tyres.
Cheap as possible but can stretch
Postage to Bristol is preferable but can possibly collect
