If you filter your eBay search for “cn-hg901” to items in the UK only there are only 17 listings of which all but 3 are under £20 so those 14 will most likely be fake. Then look at the ‘seller’s other items’ for the fakes and you will get a very good idea of where they are buying their stock from.

Look on Velobase. Difficult to be sure and a cursory browse suggests a choice between Chorus, Croce d’Aune or Victory. (And lay off the scouring pads.)

I used these bars on my ‘P’. I would have gone for ‘S’ bars but needed clearance for my ‘O’ bag. I cut the bars down to 50cm and shortened the ‘P’ cables by comparing the position of the levers, etc, on new and old bars and measuring the difference.
I would have cut them narrower if I could (no space for levers on my 6 speed) and would also have gone for the flat bars if it wasn’t for the bag-clearance. I’m riding at max extension on my long seatpost so it wouldn’t suit everyone though.
If you are going to go the ‘cutting down cables’ route then remember that you need to get the height of the cable gatherer right. The end that the cable housing is shortened at affects this and I had to find some spare housing in my ‘useful bits’ box as a result after overlooking this. -

But my opinion is that it is not a quality frame- based on what appear to be cheap stamped rear dropouts and lugs that don’t look like castings. -

So, does this mean that a P stem with S bars is the lowest front end for the aero-inclined rider who is flexible enough?

My vote is for no paint too. And if you clear coat then satin finish not gloss or matt.
Also, i think it looks better with the shallower section silver rims than the deep carbon ones. Better visual balance.
