  This is the rule:

  Both of which are correct Emyr as you well know if you go to Newport on a saturday morning.

  Why waste time when your on a turbo. It's hardly pleasurable so it might as well be effective.

  Depends on your set up mines infront of a TV! ;)
  However I'd agree get more bang for your buck.
