Hi all, new here and a complete noob with all the technical bits of a bike. With the Langster 2012 its a fixed/fixed rear hub, i'd like the option to ride freewheel, when i asked the guy in evanscycles about making it fixed/free he said something about the thread and it'd be best to get a new wheelset. Not sure whether or not he was just trying to make me get another bike instead of a refund or not. So, was just wondering if its possible to make it fixed/free and maintain safety, if so what parts would I need to buy?
Thanks for the replies, that's great news. Would i just need a single speed freewheel sprocket?
