  Thanks Katy, and indeed the whole group, for a great ride today! I would never have done anything like it without your help and encouragement. I will try and see you all again next Friday, if possible.

  Thursday 16 August – Clifton Hampden

  50 mile roll over the Chilterns to swim in the Thames. Quite bumpy in the middle, so gears might not be a bad idea if you’re no fan of hills.

  Depart Iver Station 9.15 (trains out from Paddington 8.27 – arr 8.51 or 8.38 – arr 9.03)
