Selling this one too. This is the scooter that brought my third friend from Copenhagen to London. Here's his text:
Im selling a PGO galaxy 50 scooter from around 1999.
It goes around 30-35 miles an hour and drives perfectly.
I've driven from Denmark to London through europe - about 1100 miles - and it has not had a single problem along the way. It's not registered (in Denmark there is no need to register such a small vehicle from before 2006) so it has no number plates. It has a serial number on the frame, and it's not stolen.
The previous owner was in a head first crash with this scooter, which has unfortunately left the front a little bent back - but it is 100% straight - just a little less leg space.
This also broke the front shield which is now held together with black ducked tape. It looks rather okay from a distance and when driving past people :)It has a small compartment in the seat for a helmet or whatever you'd like to store.
If you turn the ignotion key all the way to the left, it has a build in lock that locks the bike from turning. The speedometer doesnt work and the turn signals doesn't work.
It doesnt have a battery installed (so only lights when the motor is on).
Front and back light works fine (also long and short light). The gas cable is broken an a rather sketchy looking solution have been applied on the gas handle by myself. This has worked for the 1100 miles, and can always be spiffed up with some more ducked tape :)
HOWEVER a new gas cable comes with the bike, so if you have the time, some tools and some simple know-how, this can be fixed rather quickly (or a mechanic can fix this very quickly for you). The gas cable is a simple cable like a brake cable, so it should not be too unfamilier.I'm leaving london on tuesday 22th of july (early evening) so i'm looking for a quick deal!
**100£ **and it's yours! And i'll even throw in a big chain lock and a rain cover :)I'm based in Notting Hill just by the Notting Hill Gate tube station.
Call or text me asap if you are interested:

We are selling 3 FZ50's, all three in good shape and ready to go.
We are 3 guys who have driven their way from Denmark to London on these scooters, but we are unable to get them back. Hence, we'd like to sell them.
The scooters are functional, newly reconditioned and with topspeeds around 20 miles per hour.
One is red, one is grey-blue, one is purple.Info update: We spent just above 1200 GBP on these bikes (and a lot of hours ofc.).
We're looking for a very quick deal and are ready to bargain and even make a quantity discount if you're willing to buy all three.
This description is a bit vague, but we'd prefer to talk by phone and provide further details.
The price for one is 300£, take all three for 700£.
If you're interested call the number in this add - the scooters are for show this entire weekend.

To avoid any unforseen confusion: This beautiful above shown build was the build of the Copenhagen based fellow I bought it off. At that time the frame had only seen 50kms of sunny sundays and velodromes before that. Then I bought it, put on some less decadent parts and took it out on the streets for the spring and summer until now. The frame today still represents these pictures, otherwise I wouldn't have used them. But more pics to follow soon.

@markxrat: Well. Every scooter is registered in Denmark in the sense that it has a serial number. Just like bikes. This one has a serial number that will prove it non-stolen, from 1999. etc. etc.
What we did was kind of naughty I guess. And we did run into german police officers that we smoothtalked.
@Buckaroo: That was spot on, haha. I know it's odd so try and sell scooters here. But I like this forum and I've sold and bought a lot of stuff here. I'd be happy to provide any kind of information about myself and the scooters for sale. Please ask
Cheers, Anton
