  Elite Fly MTBs have a much larger cap design. Doesn't look as sleek and they're not as nice as Podium bottles (mine leak all the time), but it works so much better at keeping the crap out.

  Just clearing out some bits and bobs ahead of a house move.

  Chrome Kursk SPD 2.0 Shoes, Size 40.5 EU, 7, UK, 6.5 US 7.5

  

  Worn twice and these were far too small for me. Unfortunately Chrome don't seem to have the best quality control and the shoes came out of the box with a lot of white scuffing on the rubber as you can see. Comes boxed and without cleats. Hoping for 40 for the pair ONO.

  Slightly odd question, but I was wondering if somebody could give me a prognosis on the rust in my frame.

  Long story short I had to bail out of town for a while on really short notice and left my pomp in semi-covered space for the last six weeks or so. Sometime during then the seatpost and the front half (forks, wheel, cockpit) got stripped. Nobody to blame but myself, but I wanted to know if the frame was recoverable?

  I'd have more but I need to get the BB removed before I can have a look at the real damage.

  Did anybody else have to trim the stays a lot for their chromoplastics? Those things totaled my hacksaw.

  Using wide p35s which might be a bit overkill for the vittoria randonneur 700x32 tires that came with the full build.

  Thanks guys. Makes me feel a lot better. I guess I shouldn't show too much deference to a guy just because he's got a flashy track bike.

  I'm still pretty new to cycling. I've seen so few people adhering to cycle training principles on the road it really makes me second guess myself.
