Just clearing out some bits and bobs ahead of a house move.
Chrome Kursk SPD 2.0 Shoes, Size 40.5 EU, 7, UK, 6.5 US 7.5
Worn twice and these were far too small for me. Unfortunately Chrome don't seem to have the best quality control and the shoes came out of the box with a lot of white scuffing on the rubber as you can see. Comes boxed and without cleats. Hoping for 40 for the pair ONO.
EDIT: Forgot to add these are available for pickup from Hackney Downs E5

Slightly odd question, but I was wondering if somebody could give me a prognosis on the rust in my frame.
Long story short I had to bail out of town for a while on really short notice and left my pomp in semi-covered space for the last six weeks or so. Sometime during then the seatpost and the front half (forks, wheel, cockpit) got stripped. Nobody to blame but myself, but I wanted to know if the frame was recoverable?
Images here of the view down the seat and head tubes http://imgur.com/a/d8ihJ
I'd have more but I need to get the BB removed before I can have a look at the real damage.

I have a Mission Workshop Monty messenger bag. It's olive green with black trim and buckle. It's seen very light use and is essentially new and in mint condition.
From the website:
Measures: 16'' x 10'' x 5''
Capacity: 1,300 cu. in. (21 L)
Bag weight: 2.75 lbs (1.25 Kg)
Fits a 13"laptop in the front or a 15" in the back.Bought from Condor for RRP £120 so I'm hoping £80 is fair asking price. Available for pickup from Whitechapel or central London (Bloomsbury).

Scrublord. He was in the wrong 100%
You weren't.
He was. Thanks guys. Makes me feel a lot better. I guess I shouldn't show too much deference to a guy just because he's got a flashy track bike.
I'm still pretty new to cycling. I've seen so few people adhering to cycle training principles on the road it really makes me second guess myself.
Yeah me too. The larger ones tend to just fold up after a few rides.
