That's all very well, Trevor, but I really don't think this tree is large enough yet to be a durable enough modal filter.
OK, let's prevail upon the west wind to spare it into adulthood. We'll make do with bollards for the moment.

A tree down across the road near Homerton station:
That's an inspired filtering suggestion.
You'd just need one more filter on Barnabas Road, just south of Hasset Road, and that's the whole of the Homerton High Street / Ponsford Street / Morning Lane / Wick Road / Kenworthy Road cell filtered.
The blue symbols are the filters. -
'Annual Meeting' doesn't mean we only meet once a year, by the way :-) In fact we meet monthly. This is an Annual General Meeting to all intents and purposes. It's just that apparently because London Cycling Campaign and its local groups are a single organisation in law, there can only be one AGM and that's the central one, so local groups can't call their AGMs AGMs. Not that all legal geeks agree with that opinion. Whatever.
Anyway, fret not. We will sprint through the AGM-type business as quickly as humanly possible, so that there's plenty of time for Carlton.

Hi dan531c, I have a spare bikeE AT in what you might call 'project' condition. The headset is missing, and the front wheel needs replacing, as do the seals on the Cane Creek air/oil shock. Various other bits and bobs need attention. But the frame, forks, steerer, swingarm and seat are all in OK condition, and these are the parts which aren't replaceable with stock bike bits. I'll drop you a pm.
The talks are in the Straw Bale Room of Hackney City Farm. Hence the bales. And the farm. And the city way over yonder on the horizon (perhaps).
