Damn it, nice bike. I am in Ireland and looking for a bike in this size but it is unfortunately considerably outside of my budget. If there was a way of knocking quite a bit off of the price through negotiation and/or replacing some components - but it still being a complete bike (if I am making any sense at all) then I might become useful to you.
Either way good luck with the sale..and bump for an Irish bike :)
