Bought a brand Diverge with Future Sock 2.0 online and after 2 months of riding I have been experiencing a loud clicking/clunking noise coming from the headset area. After inspecting the headset and future shock everthing looked in order and put together according to specialized maintenance manual but issue persisted so I sent my bike back to the shop which came back saying the compression ring was misaligned so they replaced it for a new one.
The bike came back to me and it was quiet for ~20k but then it came back....The online is clearly incompetent and in order to have to send the bike again to them with very little chance of having it fixed properly I am looking to take it to a shop in London with good tights with/knowledge of specialized.
Any recommendations?
