Its called the Horseshoe and is availabe on Etsy.
I have 5 people from our club using them, as well as about 10 people in the states.
So far so good.
They most (there are a few exceptions) IS mount fork systems, and all calipers that i've come across.
Designed for 160mm rotors.

no nothing for the rear as of yet.
there is so much variety in rear triangle design that getting something that would provide full coverage and NOT interfere with the frame is difficult.
I would be happy to do a one-off though.
as for the pricing being high, small run machining isn't cheap. i swear i'm not making enough profit on these to buy a coffee. haha.
