To my eye that looks bloody great as it is but would be interested in seeing the 'bad' side - I guess it all depends on what you have in your mind as to how you want it to look...

    Hi,

Maybe this will win your ladies affections - I offered it to mine she didn't like the riding position and so I am tarting up an old amsterdam for her.

I think it is from the mid 70's - it is super light has a super maxy crank mavic rims, normandy hubs, mafac racer brakes huret derailleur and is super super shiny with hardly a mark on the frame.

It looks better with a black seat (I have the original) unfortunately the only work needed is a new inner tube at the front.

I have a few other frames of the same era - the bike is in france but will be in the UK in 2weeks I'm looking at 240 delivered or a frame 70 delivered.

Equally if you have kit you could trade in return I'm starting my first attempt at a fixie next month so anything which may help me on my way would be warmly received!
