A phase in the design process where we have preliminary ideas, but not actual ideas, as clearly explained in the footnote:
"The above stage is prior to the actual ideation process but providing a sound platform for that process and clearly setting out the territories, constraints and deliverables that will surround the ideation process."

Lunar Cycles over in Kentish Town. Took my SS there for a service as they were offering a deal. Very impressed with their customer service.
Seconded. Took my bike in after a crash for a once-over, and came out with a perfectly trued front wheel and lots of good advice about the incident. Lovely people.

That could well be it, I made the dough on Thursday evening, shaped it on Friday morning, and baked Saturday morning.
Its quite a bit longer than the proving time I had been recommended, but the whole point of the exercise for me is to have it ready to pop in the oven on saturday morning, without disrupting my sleep or job (standard office day job) on friday.
Do either of you have a good weekly plan? Thanks for the tips by the way.
