it's possible to stack it on any build - plenty here do it regularly - front brake only is fine. (and using "retarded" like that's a bit off)

been riding front brake only for 6 plus years. anecdotal cautionary tales don't beat real world experience. If your buying good components and your bike doesn't live a rusty life locked outside on a railing then failure's not likely. If your building a beater out of second hand scrap it might be an issue but not for that build.
