About Charge Plug Sizing: I am 182cm (little less than 6 feet) and inseam 85cm i took the Large and it was a little strange at the biginning, but after a week i would say that it fits to me great.
Sizing it's strange, my advice is to look more an the length of the top tube to make a decision. The seat tube it's larger than in other frame geometries, but i think that the most important thing in this bike is how far you sit from the steam.
Bike is great, brake levers are not very good but the rest is ok for the price. I hope this helps.
