Hadn't seen this thread before. Had my carradice nelson plus SQR for commuting for about 6 months now. Was a bit pricey for me when I bought it but I can see it lasting me a decade so not a problem. Did break the SQR strap mounts (steel bands around the seatpost) over a vicious pothole whilst medium loaded, but Carradice very kindly sent me out a new pair FOC!
Oh and +1 for Sue. She needs a payrise!

Large (54cm) On One Pompino in Light Blue. Condition wise everything runs great on it, although it’s been used as a commuter so it’s not pristine, but by no means abused. Frame is true with no dents/gouges, just some scratches on the paintwork, and cable rub around the head tube. Currently has in places black reflective tape, a nice touch as it’s discrete but highly visible at night. Brakes work fine, drivetrain is nice and quiet, headset is very smooth.
(this is the worst of the frame scratches)
(bit of cable rub covered up to protect the frame)Specs:
54cm Blue Pompino Frame
1 1/8th Blue Pompino Forks with Cantilever bosses
On One smoothie headset
42T chainring
On One 5 Bolt silver cranks external bearing
FSA HTII Bottom Bracket
Either Superstar Flats or some deore SPDs (no cleats I'm afraid), up to you!
16T Shimano Freewheel
KMC Chain
Planet X Seatpost and saddle
QR Seat Collar
Planet X stem and bars
Shimano LX brakeset with Tektro levers
Planet X ally bottle cage
Black no brand hubs (flip flop rear) w/ track nuts
Omega Mach 1 rims
Conti Grand Prix 4 Season on front, Ultra Gatorskin on rearI've had it since last year, and I've enjoyed the change from knobblies to a road bike but after experimenting with position I've found the frame is just too small for me (at 6'3''). Change in commute also means a mtb or CX would be more suitable, and I'm moving house so would prefer to have one less bike to move.
I've also got some tired mudguards, and spare brake blocks for it.
I'm at Brunel Uni in Uxbridge, pick up is great, and would be happy to bring the bike to you within reasonable distance. Looking for £275 o.n.o., and if it sells here I'll donate to the forum in repayment for all the useful titbits of info I've gleaned whilst lurking over the last year.
email is ruckimeng at googlemail dot com.
feel free to contact me for more details/photo's/any questions etcCheers!

I'm a bit tight and not really into spending my first day off in a month wandering around a shopping centre spending money on tasteless crap. Southbank looks good, plus the gf loves the idea of a choccie festival on today. Will probably try and get to spitalfields too. Cheers for loads of responses super quick!

I'm at uni in Uxbridge, so I don't know much about central london, but the gf and I want to head in and do something different today, anybody got any suggestions, going anywhere interesting? Markets, german stalls, christmassy things, anything that involves walking around and seeing stuff would be great, as I've been inside doing assignments for the last 2 weeks, not even left campus!!! Thanks in advance!
Just to say I picked this up last night, in case anyone's looking up mickeypickles for future sales etc, really nice chap and a pleasure to deal with, Cheers!
