I think you'd be ok on 28s though I haven't actually tried it myself. I've had 25c's on a few times and there was still a fair bit or clearance. :)

Sad to see this go but selling my beautiful Bob Jackson Vigorelli.
Its a tall frame, approx 59/60cm so for a taller rider, but will confirm exact measurements this evening.
Its made from Oversize Reynolds 631, Lined Lugs, Guard Eyelets & Heavy duty adjustable track ends.
Has a couple of small chips to the paint from locking but have been touched up by a very similar blue so hardly noticeable.It's kitted out with some great parts:
Thomson Stem
DMR Bars
Dirty Harry Lever
Tektro front brake
Miche Wheel-set
Gatorskin tyres / Conti tubes
(currently have flats but will replace before sale)
SKS Pedals
Restrap straps
Cranks I think were Miche or Sugino, will also check tonight but not super high endOptional NY Kryptonite available too with 2 keys for 35£
Also got a chain ring remover and few other fixed tools & spares I can throw in with the sale, cogs, freewheel, bottom bracket etcThe bike rides like a dream and was built with love, but suffer from ankle injuries and cant cycle long distance or fixed anymore so it's sat unused for a couple of years! Will give it a proper clean and fix the flats before viewing :)
