You can find Balfe's Bikes at the Dulwich College farmers' market tomorrow (Sunday 24th. 9am - 1pm. Dulwich College, SE21 5LS) offering free repairs and tweaks to your bicycles and selling lots end of line Endura clothing at amazing discounts. At least 50% off rrp with many at 75% off.
Not only that but you'll definitely find some high end cheese at Dulwich College Farmers' Market (and Pickles!)

Jobs jobs jobs!
Full time mechanics job available at Balfe's Bikes, East Dulwich, SE22 9AX: (formerly BC Bikes)
We need a qualified and or experienced mechanic to fix nice bikes, (and some riff raff) build bikes, serve customers and be an all round nice productive member of staff.
Must have good product knowledge and have high standard of personal hygiene.
Wages 15 - 17k pa.
Also: need another mechanic to work at Kennington / new Streatham shop. Slightly lower wages to reflect perhaps less experienced mechanic but right attitude towards customers and a mechanical bent will get you a long way.
Also: do you want to be South London's first Mr Puncture Pronto Man? Balfe's Bikes is launching an outward bound mobile repair service. It will be backed up by it's own website, fully equiped bike and advertising. We shall be providing riders support in SE11, SE17, SE1, SE5 between 7am-7pm Monday - Friday.
The service shall provide two jobs to begin with and if we can make it work we'll expand across the river.
The hours shall be 40 per week, based in the Kennington shop and fixing bikes there around call outs.
Interested? Please get in touch with Richard, richard@balfesbikes.co.uk. 07894 402 566.
Look forward to hearing from you, Rich

Hi folks, Balfe's Bikes is looking for a shop assistant to work in our East Dulwich shop.
We're looking for someone who knows their bikes and is really great with customers. Bike mechanic skills aren't necessary, the best applicant would just live on their bike, be organised and really like dealing with customers.
The job on offer cannot be guaranteed into winter but we hope we could continue it. The shop itself is offering bike-fitting now which is using up much of Kierans time so we need a new staff member to free up his time to offer more of these bike fits.
We're a friendly regular bike shop and much of our customer base is female. We'd like to represent women amongst the staff a little bit more. Currently we have eleven male staff out of a total of eleven.
The job on offer is five days per week, including Saturdays. Although hours within those days are negotiable so we are able to take into consideration childcare or other responsibilities. The pay is basic min wage, whatever that is!
If any readers are interested or can think of anyone who might be please e-mail Richard on richard@balfesbikes.co.uk. I am very interested to hear from everyone!
Thanks for reading, Richard Balfe.
