As you can see, it is in used condition but it is in good overall condition, also the bars aren't engraved but I was told they are Philippe and I have no reason to doubt the previous owner.

I have that exact stem with matching bar which i'm considering selling, have you found one yet ?
I forgot to mention, insert diameter is the old french standard 22.0 so will fit perfectly in an old french track bike
