How do you know it's a custom built frame?
Looks like an old Falcon or even Gazelle maybe (going by the Crown and the wrap over)?
I could be very wrong, looks very nice either way...Been told by previous owner, however, you might be right. Am not that familiar myself with a Falcon, Gazelle frame designs.

Its a custom built frame, very light, used daily for around 18 months. Wheel set is pretty new, purchased around 4 months ago. These cost me PRICE: £ 194.99 new ! so you pretty much getting a sweet deal with all the components on the bike for £300.
