Can we have another vid of scout nazi man please? I believe he has several different scout themed suits. He has been seen carrying a small attache case with him, attached to one of his wrists by a chain. He finishes most spoken lines with "sir". One of the pubs he visits has an aging cycle mob who get pissed and fall over regularly while getting on their mounts. The "shake hands" character in "Boys from the black stuff" is close enough to normal compared to some of the real nutters seen in a town near you.
