It's worse than that.
One day for company #1 to fail to deliver the arranged washing machine at all
One day for replacement company Comet to successfully deliver the washing machine, but then pretend to be unable to remove the old one due to my having the "wrong kind of taps mate, you''ll need to get a plumber to change them"
Half a day waiting for an actual plumber to come round who took one look at said taps and told me that the comet guys were a pair of bullshit artist cunts, then had the whole job done before he'd even finished his cup of tea
Then one and a half day and counting for some shonky removal company to come round and remove the 10-year old, fucked, leaky washing machine from its current location of blocking my goddamn fridgeIt is as though my landlady has a list of Most Unreliable Workmen and she intends to steadily go through it until I have no holiday allowance / hair left. The plumber, being both capable and reliable, was clearly an anomaly.
So instead I am sitting by my window, watching at all these people whizzing past on their bikes on such a lovely day all looking like they are having a fantastic time, and making the Fffuuuuu face :(
That's today, too? Stupid company! Stupid washing machine!! Aargh!!!

If an installation has been paid for and our drivers did not even attempt this because of the reasons you have given, we would not then expect a plumber to tell you that this could have been done by our drivers, without the need for him to have called out.
Therefore, so that I can investigate this matter could you please contact me using the link below, providing me with your full name, address and delivery number, which will allow me to address these issues with the relevant manager and colleagues as all of our drivers are given the relevant equipment and time to carry installations out.
