Take a closer look. This one was bad, now more acceptable. :)Owner of this Ingria frame had an accident with a car. bike was totally crushed and he was badly damaged.
He bought Melec after. But it was crashed in an accident too.

You've been to China and seen it was made with robot?
Actually yes, I've been to china several times concerning bike production. I sell Kickbikes(or Footbikes) in cooperation with Finnish kickbike designer Hannu Vieriko.
And Dolan welds looks exactly like robot welds should look like.any particular reason as to why you put so much emphasis on the word welding? last time i checked it meant precisely what my critique is about.
Bad look welds was well known problem of ingria frames, now they look more acceptable :)
Personnally I think that it looks so bad because the welder tries too hard to leave no caverns, but it's only my thoughts.

Actually not, I just know the guy who sell this frames, but I never seen THE WELDER!
I'm just a bit ashamed with this sittuation, concerning this is frame from my native city.
It's not a serial production and 100% handmade, so i think export frames should be made perfectly.I would never pay 500 Euro for newmade frame. As I wouldn't pay 1k$ + for LOW frame and many others, for me all they are overpriced.
Personally I preffer old steel and alluminium frames ;)

Sorry my english is not good enough to express my thoughts correctly. In Russian we have a proverb that everything has it's own chid illnesses.
Anyway I'm not talking about the price.
Only buyer should decide if it worth the price, or not, not me or you.
I'm just telling that in my opinion he shouldn't be worried about safety, it's reliable enough. -
Hi!
Ingria is produced in my city, St. Petersburg, and I have seen many of them here.
All I can say it's realy young frame maker and of cource they have some "youth problems", but still so far I havn't seen any broken one.
I ride on track in winter and we have guy, 90+ killograms, riding Ingria very hard ;) still no problems!I have seen prototype's, first commercial models and frame evolution to latest one's...
The weld's and construction you have on your frame are much more pretty than they were at the beginning.
You can check pictures you've posted at this thread at the time you ordered frame, and with closer look you will see "THE WELDING"!Anyway, it's all up to you and the seller to make an agreement, but I suggest you to decide with cool head. Just give it a chance, and try it on the street ;)
Such long shipping time may anyone make MAAAAD!!! :)Best regards!

Not only I but many other people in Russian community told them many times that it's the main Ingria problem. And they need to fix it.
I write here because I feel ashamed for Ingria, and I don't understand why they didn't make their best for the export frame to look like it should.
Personally I think frame itself is really not bad... But this welds...
I hope EATSHIT will resolve this problem with Ingria by themselvs.
