    Location Glasgow

    Size 53cm (I’m 5”7” / 172cm and this is perfect.)

This is a super fixed gear bike, perfect for winter training, commuting or simply to use as a pub bike.

The paddy wagon is based around road geometry and the frame and forks are drilled for brakes.

I’ve had it from new, bought at Cycle Lane in Cathcart a good few years ago - This bike has been well ridden and upgraded during its lifetime and this is definitely a case of the parts are worth a whole more than the whole, with good quality components throughout, so a rare chance to get a clean, fixed gear, bike.

The wheels were built by Big Al Gow at Wheelcraft and comprise Mavic open pro clincher rims, shod with 25mm Continental Gatorskin folding bead tyres

The front wheel is laced to a 32h Shimano Ultegra BH6600 hub,
The rear wheel is laced to a 36h Shimano Dura-ace- low flange track 7710 track hub. Bearings are smooth on both. The rear wheel will only take one sprocket but the fixed sprocket can be changed for a single speed freewheel if wanted.

The transmission is 1 ⅛ - track with an excellent condition Velosolo 130BCD 42T chainring on a FSA Tempo chainset with 170mm cranks.
The rear sprocket is a 16T Shimano Dura-Ace Sprocket paired with a Shimano Dura-Ace lock ring.

This gives a gearing of 70”, which is a pretty good all round gear that will get you up (and down) most climbs.

The bike has Tektro front and rear drop brake levers that are paired up to to Shimano long drop BR-450 (Ultegra quality) dual pivot callipers that allow the SKS Chromoplastic mudguards to be fitted - transforming the bike into a viable all year bike and keeps your bum dry! Handlebars are wrapped with LizardSkins bar tape

As you can see, it is a very good spec’d bike, hence the £350 ONO price tag.

Yip! 😄 I was already registered on Lfgss under my usual forum handle and it seems to have brought this over when the move to Lfgss happened.

i'm really looking to sell this now - an injury means i'm not going to race this year, so this is surplus to requirements -
price drop to £550 ONO, otherwise it will go to Ebay...

I'm thinking of selling my track Powertap SL+ . It is a 28H hub on a DT Swiss RR585 30mm deep aero clincher alloy rim with a brake track, only used a couple of times on road.

It is in pretty much mint condition plus I have splined white industries 14, 15 & 16 sprockets. (cost £40 each)

£600 ONO including the sprockets and locking

Calibration figure is 524 - head unit and battery cover tool not included
    i’m located in Glagsgow

the wheel was built by / bought from Bob Tobin at Cyclepowermeters - Spokes are butted, round Sapims
