Suppose I could do, nothing much planned.

I don't think LFGSS will do one this year.
It was mentioned last year that Southwark are going to change their coach system so that it runs continuously from 9am through to the afternoon.
But taking on such a thing is far less compelling this year if Southwark are actually running coaches back as and when they fill them up.
I would expect a rolling service again, with an earlier start and leaving when the bike truck is full. Possibly not as early as 9am, I want a swim and a pint before I start the loading !

What a day, the fine weather beaten only by the company. It was a late decision to join the ride, given my bike is geared more for Constitution hill than the south downs.
However a stunning route more than made up for this, Stonehedge & his Garmin leading the way, or was it the other way round on virtually trafic free roads.
In the later stages the Garmin took on a life of its' own, while promising a rolling ride to the coast, it delivered incline after incline, which took their eventual toll and I opted for a busy road to Canterbury at the 70 mile point, and missed the swim in the sea. -
Just had confirmation that The Ship will open at 6am for breakfast, Will there be beer?

Excellent night! Although the post boat race broken glass delivered a puncture at the very end.
Unremarkable slog home on the South Circular failed to diminish the highlights.
