I love the Junghans but don't forget they use acrylic crystal instead of sapphire glass which means they'll be much (much) more susceptible to scratches and scuffs.
Obviously they can be sorted out with polish and elbow grease but it makes them harder to wear as an everyday watch.
i regularly wear watches with acrylic crystals, as I much prefer the look. I don't notice any issue with scratching, but then I work in an office. Might be different if you're a mechanic.

Van Uden, thanks for the response, makes perfect sense. I have a small but choice Seiko collection, and it's my 40th birthday in October. Sounds like I know how to pick my next purchase!
