  Have you wrapped the bars with the tape and roles the excess back into the bars then pushed the plugs in?

  yeah- it was the first time i'd done it before

  Last weekend managed to put the stuff together finally.
  Takhion Sprint frame, with new track forks. Shimano DA7710 all around, specifically happy with Team Edition cranks and seatpost. LF hubs to Araya rims. 3ttt bar/stem, Concor from underneath of World recordswoman Nataliya Kroushelnitskaya.
  Again, most of the critical components provided or directed to by Dutch Cheese, so huge thanks, again.
  Frame is a repaint btw, but a pretty tidy job by someone i know. Gearing is 50x20 for now, yes, tiny, but look at those hills! Drivetrain is 3/32" throughout, weird, but very very quiet.

  Sorry for the epic dig but I am still not able to start my own thread...

  anyway i recently wrapped my drops with charge bar tape but the bar ends aren't big enough to fit in the ends! Anyone know any thicker plugs I can use?
