Yes think its a touring specific steel tubing rather than racing? Bike is not super light but by no means heavy. Also the frame has no braze-ons (or clearance on rear) for mudguards.

For sale is a Massi Columbus Gara steel bike from about 1990. Ready to ride away.
Great condition for its age.
Lovely 90s paintwork with fades.
Some small chips to the paint consistent with light use.
No dents, and the frame is perfectly straight and true.
No rust whatsoever.Seat tube is 54cm ctc.
Top tube is 56cm ctc.
Straight original chromed fork in very good condition.
Groupset is Shimano Sora throughout with Sora Flightdeck levers, all working very well.
Wheels are Fir Net 97 rims on Shimano Sora hubs.
Hutchinson Kevlar tires with plenty of wear left.
Headset and aero seat post are Massi branded.
3T chrome stem and 3T Podium bars.
New white Selle Italia Turbo saddle in good condition and MKS pedals.Lovely steel framed bike.
