Edited the ad to confirm it's not TSX as originally thought. Given it's a 90's frame with a Columbus BB shell and Silva cap lugs I'd guess it's SL or SP since it only has rifling in the steerer tube but not in the seat and downtube.
Some additional details on request:
Head tube length: 15.2cm
Rear dropout spacing: 127mm -

37mm Marathon Pluses have a good 5mm of clearance on each side both in the frame in mid position and in the fork.

Hey guys sorry for the late reply. Clearance at the point where a fatter tire would be the widest is 42mm both front and back. At knob height for a wider tire, the width up front is 41mm, 39mm at the back. I'll have a look tonight if I can find some 38C's in the shed and see how they fit.
