Serial is 72442AE on the seat post, suggesting it's a 1960. (see http://sheldonbrown.com/retroraleighs/dating.html )
It's a 59cm. Lots of patina :) Lovely lugs!
One side of BBs shell is in - I've not got the right tool so I'm not going to mess about with it. Seems straight with a few understandable scuffs etc. Has a 531 sticker but I don't actually think it is.
