You can get chemical paint stripper, strip the sucker down (you'll also need sand paper and possibly a drill with a sanding attachment to get it all off)
then a can of primer (at least!) to give it a good base coat
then 2-4 cans of colour
then a can of clearcoat
plenty of space, plenty of light (to see how even your coats are) plenty of patience and somewhere dust/flys aren't going to get at it while it drys
I'm sure others will disagree, but I found it a royal pain in the ass :P
(all this only applys to rattle-canning it)

Unless the frame is something special, it's probably not worth re-spraying tbh.
I did one once, really wasn't worth the cost and the end result was pretty disappointing - getting it done professionally seemed even more expensive, and generally not worth it either...
(I fully expect you to ignore all this and re-spray it anyway ;P)

No, no this is designed for London, can't you read? Outside of London it's just like any other bike, you know, only as quick as the person riding it.
Damn these designers, not considering that smaller, less profitable market outside of London, then having the audacity to post on predominantly London-centric forum about their products. HOW DARE THEY?

We have a few of these kicking about town...
A few have broken locks and look a bit banged up.. but I'd say this is more down to lack of maintenance or regular checks on them rather than a design fail.
If they're put somewhere visible, I think they'd be ok.
