  as always it depends on what its made of/ components etc. The Merckx has made both extremes, brilliant and sh*te :-)

  Hmmm saddles, depends what you want it for, When I did a lot of touring a brooks B17 was magic, not light ec but prob the best made seat. I still use one that's 15 years old! takes approx 20,000 kms to get good thought!!! otherside the rollls rock but doesn't last as long!

  HI, New here, old on bikes, more miles than I care to remember. I live Local to HHV, With the estate putting rates up 30%, whats needed is a hole heap of neg publicity for the estate, Cycing is 'cool' again (i hate that word but there you go!) to let the heritage go doesn't make sense.
