  Nitto RB-009 or similar (Cinelli LA84 / 3TTT Moser style) wanted for 26mm stem. The Nittos are 42cm but something 40cm will do.

  Getting on alright with Cateye Loops alright over here. They don't radiate the most amount of light but they're a nice quick fix and if you're tubings thin enough they fit around your headset / seat tube. The fronts are no good for lighting up in front of you though. Remains to be seen how waterproof they are.

  Can anyone weigh (no pun blah blah) in on the significance of balancing a bike from front to rear?

  I've never ridden any significant distance on a bike with carbon forks but if you lightened up the front end with carbon would you start to adversely feel the difference?

  Or is it a case that the rear is always gonna be significantly heavier and that's just something you factor in with your riding?

  Against all my own arguments on how FGSS bikes are a nonsense, I've registered in order to respond to a classified.

  This could be interesting. And expensive. And potentially painful.
