You can get an XFX Radeon HD6850 for £86 from Scan. You can't do much better than that for the price.
Assuming your older computer has PCI-E 2.0 of course.

To be fair, Specialized was being a bit of an inept cunt by changing the excellent Langster not just into a track-geo one, but track drop with road brake hood.
Not really, Specialized have basically redesigned the frame around the Allez which is very much a road geometry. This make the Langster even more suited to rocketing around town than before.

Not really, they basically redesigned the langster around the Allez frame which is very much a road bike. If anything its an improvement in the road geometry and makes this single speed torpedo even better.

Specs I posted are for a pure gaming PC mate, you cant go wrong with that for your budget. Obviously if you want to download tons of video then the 256gb SSD wont cut it but then you can always add a 1tb HDD later.
Windy today...always a struggle in high winds from any direction. You never actually feel the benefit of a tail wind because you are often riding at a faster speed than the wind speed. A head wind you will always feel :(
