If it is true track geo as it appears, this is not good for a road frame -- tight wb, steep angles, high BB and standover, probably fairly "twitchy' or nervous and harsher than a proper road frame. Also, you have no rear brake bridge. I have used true track iron on the road for shorter rides. Was fine in days past but at my more advanced age, it's not for me.
This is a really lovely frame and in 953 it's a really good price for what looks like a new frame. Too big for me or I would want it, anyway. You might post standover dimension for x-dimension tires, inflated. Good luck! -

bit of a mix (600 HS?) but it's in nice shape and a brilliant bike. Reasonable price, considering frame condition. Too big for me, but someone should grab this. Preferably someone in good shape who can
motor down the road and blow past a bunch of cafe cyclist wanna-be road racers on their 5,000 $$ carbon, dispensable, soon-to-be-obsolete and undesired bikes....
oh god, I sound like an angry Luddite ...... But, if you are an angry Luddite, here is a weapon....(am I going to be banned from this forum...????)
