Hi, I like the look of your bag it looks strong and serviceable well done. I do a bit of sowing so I know how hard it is to get it right. I have been looking at saddle bags for my bike but the price has been rather daft when you look at sites like Velo Orange and then you have to pay duty and postage from the states the bags from brooks are just as bad. I shall be looking out for some from your site. Good luck.

I have an old bike that I rebuilt and it isn't as bad as your bikr looks, but rust is about 19 times the volume of parent metal so a large amount of rust to eat right through the metal. As long as the bubes are sealed then the frame will not rust from the inside out, so good luck as I can see what it could look like and I think it would be a smart bike .
Nice bike bars and grips, if you rub shellac on the grips they will keep their looks. try a bit under the saddle first though to check for color change. when it wears just rub some more to keep the looks. I tried it on cork but it came off to fast as it cant soak into cork.
