Almost as new! Front wheel has barely any use and back wheel has about two months use - perhaps 500 miles. Both are true and braking surfaces are in perfect condition. The back wheel has slight wear to the edge of some of the decals where the brake was misaligned. I can take some photos if required. Pick up central weekdays or N16 evenings. £70

Spotted a new pair of these shoes in my size for under £100 which seems like a bargain. However, I would be interested to get opinions on the durability of these before I pull the trigger. I wear my shoes for the commute and quite a lot of MTBing. I do end up doing a bit of walking around in them too. I want to get shoes that are going to last me a few years at this price!
The uppers look tough but I am concerned about the sole material - there is very little of it and its seems quite low density. Looks like it will wear through in no time. I'm also wondering about the material inside the heel cup. Most of my other shoes get shredded in this area.. how to the Sidis fare? Also how well do they drain? MTBing I tend to have wet feet half the time and my shoes need good drainage!
Also on my shortlist are some Shimano XC50N shoes if anyone has tried them?

One of my spokes is very loose but I can't seem to screw or unscrew the nipple - it just results in twisting the spoke in either direction. Any tips how to free it up or should I cut the spoke and try and do it with pliers?

Bought these for my girlfriend but they turned out to be the wrong size and was too slow off the mark (and lazy) to send them back for a refund. They are brand new and boxed with all labels still attached..
