I am buying the maurice, new to everything and don't have enough cash or time to start building from scratch, what chainset would anyone recommend instead of the fsa? Also is the velo saddle that bad?

I have ridden it a fair bit before buying it and those were the two things that I thought where whack, probably will give it a little time before making any rash decisions, the bright orange is a little bit over the top might be why im looking to change it already.
