Provisional dibs if you still have this and can take paypal, just bought a frame off a colleague that Ive spent hours trying to remove the BB from, turns out it's epoxied in. So tomorrow going to ask the tosser for a refund and hopefully have funds for this.

I am going to give this a go as Im part way there having cut a slow in already, just need to follow up after seeing this and gaining a sliver of hope.
Sidenote anyway, I have a Campag Veloce BB and you can remove the BB internals including axle/spindle etc by taking one side off (Ive only tried with non-drive side removed) and giving the axle on the other side a hard whack with a hammer. It was only a push fit into the remaining cup, although very tight so it took a number of sharp hits to free it up.
PS if you try that and bend your frame or something don't blame me, just passing on what happened!

I've lived in Leeds nearly all my life, so I can speak for the roads etc but not the scene, as I don't really do much scene-ing!
The actual road surfaces are genuinely terrible. I will get that out of the way, potholes are something you will just have to get used to and be eagle eyed as half the roads are sketchy.
The upside of Leeds cycling (for me at least) is that you are never more than a mile or two from some decent countryside. Going out sort of North West you have Otley, Skipton, Ilkley etc, all lovely and if you keep going that direction it just gets better. Or if you go East you can aim for York or North York Moors, again breathtaking stuff and not actually pretty flat for a good amount of distance if you aim that direction. The same cant be said for the West, as you bump into something called the Penines, which is quite steep, but that is a positive IMO!
All in all, a few hills involved in Leeds cycling but excellent rides always nearby.

I have the same frame! well I'm 90% sure it is anyway, and it rides surprisingly nice to be honest. My Dad's friend found it in a skip and my Dad built it up, now he doesn't ride any more it's my road bike (I BMX mainly). I will get pics to compare but Im just pleased someone else has the same one lol. If you find out what the model is anywhere let me know please!
