Are turbo trainers any good to use with a fixed gear or single speed bike? and can you spin on them? i'm looking at the trax sirus in particular
i don't like the look of rollers i'm pretty sure i'd kill myself on them, i really need to get in shape

i love the look off this saddle bag but at $75 plus tax plus shipping (if they ship to uk?) and possible customs fee's it's a bit pricy,
