Hi guys,
I've been looking at buying a set of skewer locks for a Dolan pre cursa (yet to perchase) and was wondering if anyone uses them or has any advice regarding them? I will always be locking frame+one wheel, but I thought these would be an inexpensive method of extra protection.
Amazon do a range of them:

Thanks everyone!

Howdy guys!
Has anyone had any experience with this lock? I was almost convinced in getting a Kryptonite fag or evolution but thinking the extra length in the Abus would come in handy. Here's a (dated) link for anyone that's interested

I can get one for around £65 (I live in Copenhagen) If that makes a difference?
Thanks guys
P.s. I've been through the (very informative) page on 'locks that work' but couldn't see a mention on this Abus or similar products.

That is a seriously great response and a credit to this forum. Thank you for that input and the research you put into your answer. I think these skewer locks look promising as a back up when double locking isn't possible. I will be going through your links and hopefully make the best decision.
Thanks again for your effort and time.
Chris
